These hard hats are permanently pad printed, not decorated with decals or stickers that can crack, peel and fade. Pre-treating the hard hats directly before printing assures excellent print adhesion, in up to eight colors and eight locations. There are NO set-up charges, no plate charges, no artwork or typesetting charges, and no proofing charge. Choose from a variety of hard hat styles.
Omega II - Molded from high density polyethylene for maximum protection. 6-point nylon suspension. Easy "Quick-Slide" sizing adjusts suspension from head sizes 6 1/2 - 8. Optional Secure-Fit ratchet features an easy turn knob that allows adjusting for a perfect fit. Made in America and meets ANSI Z89.1-2003, Type 1, Class C, E & G requirements.
Liberty - 4-point injection-molded, polyethylene suspension adjusts from head sizes 6 1/2 - 8. Features a short peak and trim profile. Functional rain trough. Made in America and meets ANSI Z98.1-2003, Type 1, Class C, E and G requirements.
Americana - Molded from high density polyethylene. Features short peak and trim profile. Optional Secure-Fit ratchet features an easy turn knob. Adjusts from head sizes 6 1/2 - 8. Meets ANSI Z89.1 - 2003, Type 1, Class C, E and G requirements.
Bump Cap - Ideal for protecting head from lacerations, minor bumps and bruises in areas that do not require certified safety helmets. Molded from high density polyethylene. 4-point injection-molded suspension. Adjusts from head sizes 6 1/2 - 7 3/4. CAUTION: Bump Caps do NOT meet ANSI Z89.1-2003 or CSA Z94.1, and are not to be worn for protection from impact of falling or glancing objects.
ChargerTM - Meets ANSI Z89.1+ for impact protection. Contoured dome for sleek, trim profile. Short cap bill for greater upward vision. Antiglare Griptech™ bill limits glare and improves bill grip. Constructed for the addition of a 4 point chin-strap. Lightweight design.
V-Gard® - V-Gard® Protective Caps and Hats from MSA consist of a polyethylene shell and suspension system working together as a protection system. V-Gard® headwear features advanced styling in either cap or hat styles. Size 6 1/2 - 8. V-Gard® Caps and Hats meet or exceed the applicable requirements for a Type I helmet (top impact) as outlined in ANSI Z89.1 2003, Class E and G. V-Gard® Caps and Hats are not specifically designed to protect against lateral blows from the front, side or rear. The lightweight construction makes the helmet comfortable to wear while still providing additional lateral protection.
Sentry IIITM - Adjusts to fit sizes 6 1/2 to 8. Wide nape strap for secure fit. Universal slots accommodate hearing, welding and face shield accessories. Comfortable six-point nylon suspension with Coolmax™ terrycloth sweatband to wick away user's perspiration for comfort. Coolmax™ is a registered trademark of DuPont. Also available with Ratchet Suspension, which holds the cap in place for a secure fit.
Fibre-Metal®- 8 point suspension. Adjustable sizing and height for the most comfortable fit. Smooth crown design. Fibre-Metal®'s technologically advanced thermoplastic hats and caps are the quality leader in head protection. They combine exceptional protective performance with extraordinary comfort to reduce risk and improve productivity. Our unique, smooth crown design eliminates the risk of an impacting object being trapped by ribs, ridges or slots. Model E-1 full brim hat provides protection from the sun, nontoxic splash, dust, dirt and debris. Models E-1 and E-2 are SEI certified to meet ANSI Z89.1-2003 Type 1, Class E and G.
