We reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. Product and service prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Late Payment Policy

Invoices are due upon presentation to the customer. Invoices not paid within 30 days (one month) from the invoice date will be considered past due. Each month that an invoice is past due, a late charge will be assessed. The following schedule will apply:

Overages and Underages

Hudson Promotions reserves the right to ship plus or minus 10% of the quantities of the item(s) ordered. The charges for the overages (or the credit for the underages) will be issued in a separate invoice after the item(s) are shipped. If the original order was placed with a credit card, Hudson Promotions presumes that the customer has provided authorization for Hudson Promotions to charge or credit the originally provided credit card and Hudson Promotions will do so.

Additional Shipping Charges

Our quoted shipping charges are estimates. The actual shipping cost will be determined at the time of shipment. Additional shipping charges above those already charged will either be invoiced or charged to the original credit card provided.

Discounts of Already Discounted Items

Some items listed on our web site, or provided in flyers and other promotional collateral, are listed at a discounted price. For those already discounted items, no other discounts will apply.

5% Discount Program

The 5% First Order Discount may not be automatically calculated and applied. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that all appropriate discounts are applied to their orders.
